Executive Officer
The Executive Officer is a part of the Country Director’s Office, managing administration and coordination to enable efficient management of the AAIN’s overall operations.

Key responsibilities:
•Provide efficient administrative support to the Country Director’s Office
•Provide secretarial and logistic support to the Country Director
•Provide and be involved in specific researches
•Prepare and monitor annual budget of the Country Director’s Office
•Ensure timely and effective coordination and communication within and outside AAIN
Key competencies required:
•Masters degree in management/ social science with three years of relevant professional experience or Bachelors degree in management/ social science with five years of relevant professional experience
•Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills
•Excellent English and Nepali language skills including the ability to compose, edit, analyse and report on complex information and matters.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality, take initiative, liaising and problem solving
•Excellent computer skills including navigating email, internet and MS WORD, Excel and PowerPoint
•Participatory and team approach to work and behaviour
•Sensitive and responsive to gender, ethnicity, disability and other core AA values
